XINHE Adds 48V, 50mm LED Point Lights to Its Permanent Holiday Light Range
XINHE, a Guangdong-based LED pixel and point light manufacturer with twelve years of production experience, has released a new generation of permanent holiday light fixtures built on a 48V platform with a 50mm lens. The range covers two models: a DC48V RGBW point light for residential roof and eave lines, and an AC48V RGB point light supplied with an aluminum mounting track for commercial fascia and facade projects. Both models are available for sampling now, with volume production scheduled from the current quarter.
Why 48V Changes the Economics of Long Roof Runs
Permanent holiday light installations are powered all year and typically run 30 to 60 meters along a single roof line. On 12V or 24V platforms, current rises sharply as run length grows, which produces visible dimming and color shift toward the end of the line and forces contractors to add extra power injection points. Moving to a 48V platform cuts current by roughly 60% against a comparable 24V design, so a single feed can cover a longer section with stable brightness.

Why 50mm Lens Size Matters
The 50mm lens is the practical answer to two field problems. First, larger optics deliver a stronger visible output per pixel, so contractors can space fixtures at 150mm to 250mm instead of 100mm and cut material cost per meter by up to a third. Second, the wider light spread blends adjacent pixels into a continuous light line on soffits and eaves, which is the visual standard homeowners expect from a permanent installation. Both models keep the 160° and 140° beam angles of the previous generation, so the light wash on the wall surface stays soft otty.
